On the morning of August 24th, the 2023 freshman orientation for Northern Alabama International College of Engineering and Technology, Guizhou University was held on the West Campus.
Dr. Hu Po (Associate Vice Provost for International Affairs) introduced the history of the University of North Alabama. He hoped the two institutions could work together to outline a blueprint and jointly cultivate outstanding talents, building a world-class teaching system. Additionally, he represented the University of North Alabama in offering a special scholarship of 1 million US dollars annually starting from the spring semester of 2024 to encourage excellent students from Guizhou University at North Alabama to study at the main campus in North Alabama, USA.
Zhang Dalin, the vice president of Guizhou University, encouraged them to combine noble qualities, resilient will, and the power of knowledge into a golden key that opens the door to life.
